Faena Hotel’s monthly culinary series—Chef Collective,? a gastronomical journey where chefs from around the globe are invited to cook together— hosts Edward Lee from 610 Magnolia in Old Louisville, Kentucky with Paul Qui in Miami for a unique feast on Wednesday, October 19th. Chef Lee has received multiple finalist nominations for the James Beard Foundation Awards Best Chef: South- east. Most recently, he was selected as a runner- up for a daytime Emmy for his role as host of the Emmy-winning series, Mind of a Chef on PBS. He is also a judge on MasterChef. Lee’s self-authored best-selling cookbook, Smoke & Pickles, chronicles his unconventional journey from the kitchens of Brooklyn to becoming a lauded Southern chef.
