All through the month of October, guests can enjoy a bevy of dishes inspired by the season with this specialty menu priced at $55 per person. Each meal will start off with one of the restaurant’s acclaimed hand-crafted cocktails. Guests can choose between the famous GULAB Vodka + Pomegranate Syrup + Fresh Lemon + Rose Essence and BYBLOS OLD FASHIONED Bourbon + Stolen Rum + Bitters + House-Blended Turkish Coffee. Highlights of the abundant culinary offerings include mezzes, (each guest gets two), such as EGGPLANT KIBBEH Zucchini Flower + Baharat + Chickpea Batter + House Yogurt; LAMB RIB Dukkah + Buttermilk Sauce + Carob Molasses + Red Chili Schug; WAGYU LAHMEH PIDE House Turkish Paste + Fior de Latte + Toum + Basil Cress and more. Main course highlights include MIDDLE EASTERN FRIED CHICKEN Tahini + Za’atar + Red Chili Schug; NEW YORK STRIPLOIN Amlou Dressing + Smoked Hummus + Aleppo Pepper; and CHRAIME SNAPPER Snapper + Chraime Sauce + Persian Lime + Fennel Cress + Vine Leaf. The bountiful menu also includes an option of sides (one per person) such as THRICE-COOKED FRIES, HAND ROLLED COUSCOUS and SEARED CAULIFLOWER.
