"Basquiat: the Unknown Notebooks" Museum Circle Preview at PAMM: Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM) invited Museum Circle members to preview the museum’s latest special exhibition, "Basquiat: The Unknown Notebooks." Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres as they celebrated this major exhibition showcasing Jean-Michel Basquiat’s notebooks. Notable attendees included musician Lenny Kravitz, who toured the galleries with PAMM director Franklin Sirmans, Barbara Becker, and Amaris Jones; Miami Heat player Juwan Howard; Princess Deena Aljuhani Abdulaziz; Miami-Dade County Commission Chairman Jean Monestime; and local artists Edouard Duval-Carrié, Glexis Novoa, and Typoe.

GlamSquad Summer Breakfast Club at East, Miami: Another installment of the GlamSquad Breakfast Club took place at East, Miami. Hosted by Kelli J. Bartlett, GlamSquad's director of makeup artistry, the breakfast brought together a group of Miami’s most creative and inspiring women. Guests were treated to hair and makeup touchups by GlamSquad; breakfast and mimosas, compliments of East; and an interactive makeup demonstration using Temptu airbrush makeup by Bartlett. Guests included GlamSquad lead makeup artist Soleil Atiles, GlamSquad lead hair stylist TeQuan Johnson, Kristin Clark, Kellee Dawson, Kerissa Voldeck, Ginger Harris, Annie Vazquez, Liana Lozada, Natacha Lamour-Nahim, Shante Gordon, and Tara Sokolow Benmeleh.


Neiman Marcus Bal Harbour’s Fall Fashion Trend Celebration: Neiman Marcus Bal Harbour and GM Elias Synalovski kicked off the season with 75 influencers at their annual Fall Fashion Trend Event. The daytime extravaganza, which benefited Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami, was hosted by Asha Elias, Brooke Rosenfeld, and Lauren Geduld. Attendees enjoyed seasonal canapés and trend-themed cocktails while getting a first look at Neiman’s fall trends with an exclusive runway presentation curated by celebrity stylist Danny Santiago. Guests entered to win a YSL clutch in this season’s "it" color — berry — whose proceeds benefited Big Brothers Big Sisters of Miami.

Alesso at Story: There’s nothing like kicking off the long-awaited weekend by raging wild to a set from Alesso at Story.

No Velvet Rope Needed: Brickell’s Sidebar and Baby Jane, along with Coconut Grove’s Ariete, all have something in common: They have benefited from the magic touch of Miami native Jason Odio. Using knowledge from his early years working in the entertainment industry, Odio has developed three one-of-a-kind spots that each bring something distinctive and refreshing to the Miami nightlife and restaurant scenes. World Red Eye caught up with Odio at Baby Jane for a closer look behind the scenes.

El Tucán Saturdays: El Tucán was full of good vibes as guests enjoyed another insane evening of jaw-dropping entertainment at the Brickell dinner cabaret.

Heineken “Save Your Seat” Campaign to Support Restoration of Miami Marine Stadium: Heineken is supporting the restoration of Miami Marine Stadium as part of the beer maker's “Cities” campaign, which aims to make great urban areas even greater. Heineken will match up to $20,000 contributed within the first two weeks. The company is also giving unique perks to contributors; in fact, Heineken’s #SaveYourSeat program will award select donors with actual seats that are being removed from the stadium to make way for renovation. Rockwell Saturdays: Saturday night was one for the books at Rockwell. Between the seemingly endless bottle parades and all-around good vibes, partiers were feeling the weekend turn-up.

Soap & Glory "Beauty Boudoir" at Mackapoolooza 2016 at Fontainebleau: Soap & Glory took over the pool at Fontainebleau in celebration of this year's Mackapoolooza 2016. The brand brought a kick-ass beauty boudoir filled with fun surprises, free samples, and the Glory Girls to Miami Beach for the ultimate pink-tastic festival experience. Along with partaking of Soap & Glory’s award-winning beauty products, Mackapoolooza attendees also enjoyed sweet treats and one-of-a-kind swag while catching headliners Afrojack, Alesso, and Steve Aoki. Actress Victoria Justice also made an appearance.

Swim Club at Hyde Beach: Hyde Beach knows how to savor the last few weeks of summer, and this Saturday’s pool party did not disappoint.

Continuing the journey, World Red Eye spent the day with local fashion blogger Michelle Chwoschtschinsky, who gave us a glimpse into Miami through her eyes behind the wheel of the newly arrived Jaguar.
