It’s officially September, and that means there’s only seven months until the next Ultra Music Festival.

While it’s obviously excruciating to wait for another three days of unbridled EDM insanity, the UMF camp keeps sprinkling little rave treats out to the PLUR nation. Kandi kids everywhere, set a reminder for Tuesday, September 8, for on that fateful day, you’ll have your chance to register for Ultra 2016 tickets.

What the untz does that mean? Well, while you still have to wait to buy the tickets outright, registration ensures you get first dibs on reduced-price tickets, although anyone is allowed to register, and supplies are limited. Last year, three-day GA tickets came to about $500, so a discount might be just the thing you need to afford your rave vacation.

This is UMF’s 18th year, which is pretty freakin’ amazing. If Ultra were a person, it would be able to vote, join the military, and given the new age restrictions, even attend itself.

While no specific details have been released regarding specific things like lineup, we’d bet our entire life saving’s that Carl Cox will return with his illustrious Megastructure, and we’d double down that the unofficially “underground” Resistance Stage will make a triumphant return.

What will the main stage look like? What surprise guests will UMF have in store? How many tubs of hair gel will be harmed in the making of Dutch DJs coifs? There’s only one way to find out, and you might as well register while you have the chance.

Ultra Music Festival 2016. Friday through Sunday, March 18-20, at Bayfront Park, 301 Biscayne Blvd., Miami. Register for tickets Tuesday, Sept. 8 via ultramusicfestival.com. Visit ultramusicfestival.com
