In this Kingdom of Relentless Heat, we are each an Emperor of Ice Cream. And in that spirit, let us hail the royal scoops found at Frieze -- making their own luscious blends of frozen, creamy treats on South Beach since 1987. We are partial to piling things up high -- as in a scoop of coconut ice cream sandwiched between a scoop each of chocolate chip and mocha chip. In a waffle cone of course -- the flimsier ones can't handle this heft ($6.50). Should you decide to choose your own flavors, we won't be offended.
