The Miami food truck industry seems to add a new truck to the roster every day. If you want to get in on the booming truck industry, you can either pony upwards of $100,000 to purchase a brand new fully-customized food truck with state-of-the-art equipment. Or you can start your business the same way out-of-town businessmen find random hookups -- on Craigslist.

We searched for "food truck" on Craigslist and got a few surprises. The budget-minded entrepreneur might be interested in this food truck listed for sale for $2,500. The truck is being sold for "health reasons."

On the high end of the spectrum, a 1995 Chevy truck that's been fully renovated to include two refrigerators, A/C, triple sink, freezer, fry station and four burners is going for $79,500. The ad says the truck is designed for either American or Mexican food. If only it were designed for making Russian and Polish bites, we would have jumped on it.

On a sadder note, we recognized two Miami food trucks for sale.

Esther's Caribbean Grill is listed on Craigslist for $30,000 and comes equipped with two burners, refrigerator, freezer, broiler, and oven.

Okay! Extreme Burger is selling their truck. Less than two months ago, Short Order announced the debut of this mega-burger truck at Cauley Square. Today, we found a Craigslist ad, offering the truck up for sale for $45,000.

The good news is that there are still trucks rolling onto Miami streets almost daily. If you're jonesing for some street food, here's where you can grab some tonight:
