On Saturday, May 21st at about 6:00 pm, the world is going to end. At least that's what 89-year old radio evangelist Harold Camping says (hell, when you're 89 every day might just be your last).

We're betting we'll wake up on Sunday morning to a slight hangover from some Armageddon party and go out for a nice brunch. Just in case, we're planning on having a really great meal on Saturday. For fun, we asked several food truckers what their last meal would be. The answers might surprise you.

Brian Mullins (Ms. Cheezious): My grandmother's pierogies sauteed with butter and onions.

Oren Bass (Slow Food Truck): Angel hair uni and ikuri pasta from Marumi.

Jack Garabedian (Jefe's Original Fish Taco): An entire loaf of foie gras. Uncooked.

JIm Heins (Latin Burger): A Porterhouse from Prime 112, then meatballs from Prime Italian.

Chef Jeremiah (gastroPod): Humble pie.

Richard Hales (Dim Ssam a Gogo): I'd feed my daughter my Filipino grandmother's Lumpia, then my mom's white clam sauce spaghetti and for dessert one of my wife's cookies. I would have a great bottle of Romanee Conti.

Troy Thomas (The Rolling Stove): Small dive in Chicago called Susie's Beef for their cheesy beef on garlic bread with giardinera peppers dipped in the aus jus so it's dripping all over!! And a roll of peper towel.

Sef Gonzalez (Burger Beast): Three cheese mac n' cheese with chorizo. Toasted Cuban bread with butter and two Mexican Cokes.

Giselle Pinto (Sugar Yummy Mama): I'd have a glass of champagne with foie gras to start, then I will have risotto with white truffle oil, pine nuts and mushrooms. Then lamb chops (medium rare) with a bit of mint sauce and a spinach salad with goat cheese and caramelized pecans in a strawberry vinaigrette and an almond marquis cake. Maybe at the end some cheese and again, Champagne. I think I could be a very expensive last dinner date.
