Burger Beast is out and about again. One of Miami's first food truck devotees, the Beast is still heavily involved in the scene (we told you about his food truck tracker app in the works), but now he's moving inside -- at least on Wednesdays.

Burger Beast is teaming up with Tobacco Road for Burger Beast Wednesdays. Each hump day, "Beast" Sef Gonzalez will create a new burger from his meat-obsessed imagination. It's then up to the Road's chef, Jonathan Fisher, to make it.

Every week, a new burger will be unveiled (with Burger Beast in charge of the ingredients, who knows how much product might be involved) and only 31 burgers will be made, turning each week's offering into an instant collector's item. Not sure yet whether individual burgers will be numbered, but we love the possibilities.

The burger mayhem begins at 5:30 p.m. The first burger being presented is the Juicy Lucy: USDA Prime ground beef stuffed with American cheese, topped with applewood-smoked bacon, and served on a Bavarian pretzel roll with Tobacco Road's hand-cut fries.

Tomorrow is also ladies' night from 6 to 10 p.m., which means ladies drink draft beer, wine, and martinis for a buck, with proceeds going to Miami Crawl's donation to Community Partnership for the Homeless.

Meanwhile, back in the world of food trucks, there are two roundups scheduled for tonight:
