We haven't really mentioned The Chew lately -- mainly because the daytime talker for foodies hasn't mentioned Miami lately.
Call it childish, but why should we give a shout out to a show that shows no love for the 305 ... until now.
Apparently The Chew crew's ears were burning because today's show features a segment filmed on location in Little Havana.
Chew correspondent Evette Rios will report from Calle Ocho, visiting some iconic spots along the way including Versailles,
El Palacio de los Jugos, and Azucar.
Coincidentally, that's two times this week that El Palacio de los Jugos will be featured on national television (Andrew Zimmern and
Michelle Bernstein sipped fresh coconut water at the juice palace on
Monday's Bizarre Foods America).
Tune in to ABC today at 1
p.m. to watch. We're excited that Calle Ocho is featured on national
television, but next time you come to Miami Chew -- bring Michael Symon and Carla Hall, will ya?
