Lest you think Miami Dolphins fans were being overdramatic in their disappointment that the team couldn't get a starting quarterback better than Chad Henne, we now have cold, hard rankings to back our whining. USA Today ranked all 32 teams' starting quarterbacks, and Henne came in 31st out of 32. Only the Redskins rank below the Dolphins, but they don't even have a clear starter right now.
"Does he really have the confidence of the organization, much less the fans?" USA Today quips.
The paper ranks the Green Bay Packers' Aaron Rodger first, with the Patriots' Tom Brady second. Elsewhere in the ACF East, the Jets' Mark Sanchez was ranked 11th, and the Bills' Ryan Fitzpatrick came in at 24th.
Meanwhile, Kyle Orton, who the Dolphins came close to nabbing in the off-season, is only ranked 19th.
It seems like the Marino curse continues.
