Esteban Cortazar, at only 23 years-old, has moved up the fashion food chain from peddling sketches to Todd Oldham at the News Cafe as a precocious tween, to Miami and New York's fashion weeks, to heading up the design end of Paris fashion house Ungaro.

He may be young, but he's worked hard. So excuse him if he doesn't want to share the spotlight with little miss Lindsay Lohan.

Page Six reports that Lohan is in Paris meeting with Ungaro higher-ups about taking a role at Ungaro as a "creative consultant," whatever that even means. Cortazar, the house's head designer, doesn't think he needs any creative input from the star of I Know Who Killed Me, and is threatning to leave the company if she comes on board.

"Ungaro thinks Lindsay is going to bring the company new energy and new buzz, but she is going to be the nail in the coffin. Nobody will take them seriously ever again," says Page Six's anonymous source.

Corazar's first collection for the house was met with a few dises of, "oh, but it's just so Miami," but the troubled company can't afford to lose him. Especially over Lindsay Lohan.
