Soren Kierkegaard was a Danish philosopher known for questioning organized religion and promoting a peaceful individual relationship with one's God. He's been dead since 1855.

Kim Kardashian is a reality tv star known for making a sex tape, dating Kanye West, and allegedly getting it on in a room full of barnyard animals. She's likely traipsing around Miami in a skimpy bikini right this second.

The Twitter account @KimKierkegaard has made them the Internet's newest odd couple. And it is a glorious pairing.

Aptly described by BuzzFeed as, "Brilliant. Well, partly brilliant," the tweets coming from @KimKierkegaard blend one part deep, introspective soul searching, and one part, well, not that.

Har har, you think. Kim Kardashian is dumb. I've heard this one before. But keep reading.

These pairings of quotes from the two actually kind of make sense. They aren't just randomly selected.

Or maybe they are randomly chosen, and Kim just happens to be living her life according to her own version of Kierkegaardian philosophy.

Maybe she is, like, super deep, you guys!

Or maybe the Kierkegaardian halves of these tweets are so vague that they could apply to any person in any situation. Whatever, it's funny. And it's spreading:

Quick, somebody register @LaoTzulander and WIN THE INTERNET.
