In the best fall news we've heard since pumpkin spiced lattes returned to Starbucks, Iron Man 3 is finally ready to start filming in South Florida. The bad news? It looks like Tony Stark will be stuck in Broward County for now.

The film saga will film in Dania Beach and surrounding areas starting on October 1, according to an Associated Press report. According to IMDB, the cast of the newest installment includes Robert Downey Jr., Gwenyth Paltrow, Guy Pearce, Ben Kingsley, Jon Favreau and Don Cheadle.

The Miami-Dade County Office of Film & Entertainment tells Cultist it's still unsure whether the flick will film in Dade County; nothing is set in stone until permits are officially filed, and typically, that happens one or two weeks before shooting begins.

The office did say that the enterprise will mostly be shooting on private property, so they may not know specific filming locations in advance. So, should you live in a 'hood where mansions or other Iron Man-esque locales are available for rent, you might just see Gwyneth strolling the streets. Don't you love surprises?

The flick is also filming in North Carolina and, reportedly, China.
