Lotus House Put Heart into Performance Art at the Margulies Warehouse
Friday's Heart Happening benefit for theLotus House Women's Shelter
at theMargulies Warehouse
offered a great mix of young, old, rich, broke, boisterous, reserved, and overall positive people. They ate, they drank, and they enjoyed great art all for the sake of a good cause. The performance theme lent the event an easy looseness as over 40 creatives danced and interacted through the various spaces.
Yes, a girl with an iPod did dance past while some old people laughed, before you sewed a rose on some lady's dress somewhere in between the meditation and the conga line. Here are some more pictures of the night or check out our full slideshow by clicking here.

Things got classy with live music.
Board members. We don't know what it means, but it sounds expensive.
There was this lady wearing a crab hat.
And this dude made awesome sounds and led a dance parade...
