Bad news for porn aficionados, Kim Kardashian-obsessed pervs, and Catwoman fetishists. The rumors of a second Kardashian sex tape are apparently untrue.

Those rumors -- that more footage of the 2003 Ray J/Kim K sex session that was originally leaked in 2007 was being shopped around to distributors for as much as $20 million -- broke out on the Internet earlier this week. Kardashian, who's in town filming the upcoming reality show Kourtney & Kim Take Miami and celebrated Halloween by playing Catwoman to Kanye West's Batman, was reportedly "horrified" at the prospect.

But Steve Hirsch of Vivid Entertainment, the company that owns the rights to Kardashian's original sex tape, told TMZ this morning that it's the one and only:

"We've already spoken to the third party that brought the first tape to us," Hirsch says ... "and, a second tape, or additional footage from the first tape isn't being shopped around or even exists."

Hirsch also threatened legal action against anyone trying to re-sell footage he owns.

For us, this is very sad news. We weren't especially looking forward to watching Ray J do more unspeakable things to a younger Kim. But we were looking forward to the inevitable spin-off sequel to this video:
