If you're tired of boozy pool parties, after-hours raging, and late-night blackouts - not to mention feeling like shit the next day -- maybe it's time to give healthy living a go.

Tomorrow's OmmBeats at Wynwood Walls is a good start. There, you can do yoga, drink juice, and listen to sweet beats -- all to benefit The Paradise Fund and its work for kids worldwide.

The best part is, you won't feel like garbage the next morning -- a major step up from your usual nights out.

The event is essentially power yoga meets EDM, according to Christopher DiSchino, co-founder, VP and Chief Operating Officer of The Paradise Fund.

The Palm Beach-based charity works with non-profits around the globe to support children in need, particularly those in areas affected by natural disasters. This event will fund its efforts in Haiti, a partnership with Michael Capponi's Haiti Empowerment Mission.

"When Brickell Hot Yoga launched their monthly OmmBeats series, held on the last Wednesday of every month at their studio, we started talking and decided to bring the event 'to the streets' in support of The Paradise Fund," DiSchino says.

Currently, the charity sponsors two orphanages in Port-au-Prince, in addition to helping pay for school supplies, tuition and other educational needs.

"The Paradise Fund, Haiti Empowerment Mission, and World Red Eye just embarked on a recent trip to build a community center for these children in Jacmel. Proceeds from this event will support programs for The Paradise Fund's community center," DiSchino says.

But don't be fooled by the event's gracious goals. Come prepared to work your tush off.

"The power vinyasa classes at the Brickell Hot Yoga studio are generally pretty hot," he adds. "Since the event is outdoors, it's up to nature to determine how hot the class is. Regardless, be prepared to sweat." Instructors Gabi and Alexandra will be leading the class.

There'll also be fresh juices from Jugofresh, plus post-yoga food and drink specials courtesy of Wynwood Kitchen & Bar.

Tickets cost $30 per person online at The Paradise Fund website or at the door, and the event kicks off at 8 p.m. at Wynwood Walls on August 28.
