Well, Soundsystem fans in Miami don't need to jump off that bridge just yet. The group's former vocalist and keyboardist, Nancy Whang, is bringing her no-shit attitude and icy vocals to the Electric Pickle July 9.

Aside from working with LCD Soundsystem for the last ten years, the singer has lent vocals to Shit Robot's dance beats, like those in "Take 'Em Up," as well as to the Juan MacLean's eclectic sounds on "Happy House."

Next week, she'll be playing solo with opener Krisp. Don't forget your shades.

Nancy Whang. Saturday, July 9. Electric Pickle, 2826 N Miami Ave., Miami. The show starts at 11 p.m. Call 305-456-5613 or visit electricpicklemiami.com.
