Nicki Minaj's fans are pissed.

The rap star deactivated her Twitter account (@NickiMinaj) on Sunday after accusing a fan site of leaking music from her album. Although she blocked the site, Nicki decided to say her goodbyes. "Like seriously, its but so much a person can take. Good fucking bye," she said in her last tweet.

Of course, Nicki isn't the only star to pull the plug on her Twitter account. Here are four other Twitter quitters who caused drama after deactivating their accounts.

1. Miley Cyrus

This former Hannah Montana and notorious penis (cake) gobbler suddenly stopped tweeting back in 2009. The singer explained to followers that her boyfriend, actor Liam Hemsworth, wanted her to quit Twitter. And a few hours later, @MileyCyrus was gone and chaos ensued. One of Miley's fans even threatened to kill a cat if she didn't reactivate the account. Although she eventually rejoined the social network, Cyrus thought it was necessary to explain herself in song during her Twitter hiatus.

2. Ashton Kutcher

With more than 10 million followers, Ashton Kutcher was known as a frequent tweeter. But after a couple of scandals, this Two and a Half Men star left his account in the hands of management. Probably a smart idea after Ashton tweeted that "it was the greatest day of the year!" on the 10th anniversary of 9/11. (Incidentally, he was talking about the return of Sunday Night Football.)

But the final straw was when he shared another uninformed, football-related opinion with the world. Apparently unaware of the scandalous circumstances, Kutcher condemned the firing of Penn State coach Joe Paterno. "How do you fire Jo Pa? #insult #noclass as a hawkeye fan I find it in poor taste," he tweeted.

3. Alec Baldwin

In December, it seemed like Alec Baldwin had exchanged one iPhone app for another. Baldwin quit Twitter after getting kicked off an American Airlines flight for playing Words with Friends despite the fact that a flight attendant asked him not to. Like Nicki, he said goodbye to his followers. But just one month later, Baldwin tweeted, "Back on Twitter."

4. Demi Lovato

If there was ever a good reason to quit Twitter, it'd probably be rehab. After punching a backup dancer and checking into treatment, ex-Disney singer Demi Lovato deactivated her account in October 2010. But just three months later, she returned to Twitter, squealing, "Guess who's baaaaaaaack...!!!!!!" The pop princess hasn't deactivated her account again. But she does take the occasional tweet-cation. You know, just to avoid nasty relapses.
