Just three days after the United States turns the big 2-3-6, BlackPlanet Radio, the U.S. Army, and other sponsors are throwing a post-Independence Day bash in Miami-Dade County featuring performances by some of America's biggest rappers.

It's called the Radio One Fest and it'll be going down Saturday, July 7, at the Klipsch Amphitheater at Bayfront Park.

From an Atlanta-based superstar to a 27-year-old Maybach Music Group representative, check out the first five acts scheduled to perform at the Radio One Fest.

T.I.

Grand Hustle Records CEO and part-time lifesaver T.I. has put jail well behind him, opting to focus on his music and acting career. The 31-year-old A-town rapper is gearing up to release Trouble Man later this year, his eighth studio album and first since 2010's No Mercy.

Fat Joe

Homie should change his name to Healthy Joe. This Nuyorican once tipped the scale at nearly four bills. But he shed mad weight doing cardio and eating right. Obesity may kill, but Joseph Antonio Cartagena conquers.

Waka Flocka Flame

Waka Flocka's highly anticipated second studio album is due out in June. So expect a lot of material off Triple F Life: Friends, Fans & Family at his Radio One Fest set. But brace yourself 'cause Waka goes "Hard in the Paint," bitches.

Kirko Bangz

Straight outta Houston, Texas, with "Drank" in his cup, this 22-year-old MC in one of commercial rap music's most promising spitters. Don't miss him at Radio One Fest.

Wale

He signed with Rick Ross's Maybach Music Group in 2011 and released Ambition later that year. The album debuted at the second spot on the Billboard 200 and topped Billboard's rap chart. Like all MMG members, he's got strong ties with the Bawse and appeared on "Fuck 'Em," a track off Ross' 2012 mixtape, Rich Forever.

Will Ross show up for a Radio One Fest collaboration?

Radio One Fest. Saturday, July 7 at 6 p.m., Klipsch Amphitheater at Bayfront Park (301 Biscayne Blvd, Miami). Tickets are $43.50-$153.50 plus fees via Ticketmaster. Visit radioonefest.com.
