Welcome to November, a month of fun and games... Sorry, we're still psyched from last weekend's Gun N' Roses after-hours show at the American Airlines Arena. We've been saying everything in the tune of "Welcome to the Jungle." Damn you, Axl!

While the cornrowed God's long gone from the Magic City, there's still plenty of great opportunities to party this weekend in the Paradise City known as Miami. Check out some our top 10 music-related things to do this weekend under $10.




Femme Fest 5: Friday, November 4 at 6 p.m., Tobacco Road (626 S Miami Ave, Miami). $5. Queen of the Scene presents the fifth installment of the annual Femme Fest. Think Lilith Fair with a lot more attitude.


ArtOfficial Album Release Party: Friday, November 4 at 10 p.m., The Stage (170 NE 38th Street, Miami). $5 to $10. Miami's favorite hip-hop hybrid wants to celebrate the release of Vitamins & Minerals with all y'all.


Beats After Sunset: Friday, November 4 at 8 p.m., Bass Museum of Art (2100 Collins Ave, Miami Beach). Free for members, $8 for non-members. Beats by DJ A-Train, complimentary cocktails, and contemporary art go hand-in-hand. But remember: you spill, you buy.


Bounce Conscious Hip Hop Festival: Friday, November 4 at 5:30 p.m., Churchill's Pub (5501 NE 2nd Ave, Miami). $7. Let 13 rappers blow your mind with their socially conscious dope rhymes.


Phil Jacobson: Saturday, November 5 at 10 a.m., Bougainvillea's (7221 SW 58 Ave, South Miami). Free. It's great to be a Hurricane and perform at your unofficial home bar.


Garth Fagan Dance: Saturday, November 5 at 8 p.m., South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center (10950 SW 211 ST, Cutler Bay). $5. Did you weep like a soft child when you saw Lion King on Broadway? You'll love Garth Fagan, he choreographed it.


The Cabinet of Dr. Strange: Saturday, November 5 at 6 p.m. Lincoln Road (Miami Beach). Free. Have noisy fun with Brazilian composer and Guggenheim Foundation Fellow Livio Tragtenberg.


Sleepless Night: Marco Brambilla: Saturday, November 5 at 5 p.m., Bass Museum of Art (2100 Collins Ave, Miami Beach). Free. The beach's 13-hour arts party gets trippy with a video instillation by Marco Brambilla and live classical music.


The Cockabilly Roadshow: Saturday, November 5 at 9 p.m., Churchill's Pub (5501 NE 2nd Ave, Miami). $0-$10. Back by popular demand, Coney Island's greatest freak show comes comes back to Churchill's for a night of music, sideshows, and burlesque.


Deuces Wild: Sunday, November 6, 9 p.m., Bougainvillea's (7221 SW 58 Ave, South Miami). Free. Cover songs and UM frat bros. Can life get any better?
