Moments ago, Crossfade's inbox was slapped with a show announcement: Dubstep disc jockey and record producer Rusko is headed to South Beach in May!

Following the commercial and critical success of his 2010 debut, O.M.G.!, the British DJ will be riding the dub wave into the Fillmore on Saturday, May 19, one of several stops he'll make this year in support of his forthcoming record, Songs.

The lead single off Songs, "Somebody to Love," is a sweet dub ballad about wanting to find, well, somebody to love. It's baby-making-music-meets-Logic-Studio-software, heavy beats that womp-womp their way into your heart and stick like wet latex.

Unlike his darker contemporaries, Rusko injects the dubstep scene with an incredibly energetic and fun set, blending elements of different genres to reach a wider audience.

In fact, Rusko's track "Da Cali Anthem" was the first dubstep song played on U.S. radio. How's that for wider audiences?
