That's all you'll need Friday, October 21, when Foster the People perform live at LIV, and Lil Jon tackles the ones and twos.

They're not playing together. But both acts are scheduled to appear at the Fontainebleau nightclub on the same night. One can only hope that crunk music's favorite producer will team up with indie pop's newest boy band and spit a few freestyle verses over "Pumped Up Kicks."

Since releasing "Pumped Up Kicks" in September of 2010, Foster the People has achieved enormous commercial success. The track broke into the top five on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and reached number one on the alternative chart.

Frontman Mark Foster told the San Francisco Examiner he's landed deals with Verizon, Bank of America, Muscle Milk, and a slew of other huge companies to license his music. "It's a very good cereal," he quipped when asked about his Honey Bunches of Oats deal.

Perhaps Foster's taking page out of the Lil Jon spokesperson book. If y'all remember, the rapper appeared in a 2006 Subway commercial with Jon Lovitz. Dude's a masterful sandwich pusher, and an incredibly keen eye for lucrative business ventures.

In 2008, he teamed up with a winery to bottle his own chardonnay and merlot. And earlier this year, he was a favorite to win Celebrity Apprentice before being eliminated in the final four.

Thankfully, however, Lil Jon and Foster the People are taking time out of their side businesses and kicking it nightclub style with the pretty folks at LIV.
