In case you hadn’t noticed, Fashion Week is dominated by Amazons. You’re not likely to spot anyone on the catwalk under five-foot-ten. But where’s the love for the littler lot, the ones not in the 99th percentile? For everyone on the shorter side, Friday’s Petite Fashion Week Networking Event fills that fashion void. It’s a party for all things petite. If you’re a petite designer or retailer, petite blogger or petite fashionista, it oughta be just your size. There’ll be a petite clothing swap, a retailers’ showcase and networking time, a raffle, and — the best part of any fashion event — goodie bags. Swag, swag, and more swag in the way of gift certificates and coupons! You can also buy food and cocktails onsite, because it’s going down at News Lounge (5580 NE Fourth Ct., Miami), so get your pintsize butt to the party.
