What’s the holiday season all about? Forget joy, goodwill toward men, and charitable giving. Puh-lease. Parties are how we’re supposed to spend our December. And you can get a head start on this month’s eating and drinking extravaganza at the Taste of Brickell Food & Wine Festival Holiday Launch Party. The official culinary fest doesn't begin until March this year, but this Thursday, you can indulge in a holiday-themed preview, with eats from Brickell’s best, including New on the Block, Porçao Farm to Grill, Oceanaire Seafood Room, Tapas Xperience, Balans, and Doraku Sushi. Dishes will be paired with drinks from Wines of Delibori Vigneti e Cantine, Papa’s Pilar Rum, Angels Envy Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, and others. You’ll also get to shed some holiday stress with a chair massage while belly dancers wiggle and fashion models strut their stuff. There’s a raffle too, so you might head home with the perfect regift. Basically, it’s an excuse to wear a cute outfit and pack on a few more holiday pounds. Is December the best month of the year? Totally.
