Looking to win his freedom from slavery, Pseudolus attempts to lure the sexy courtesan Philia for his young, love-stricken master, Hero. Pseudolus has to somehow pry Philia from her parents as well as from Miles Gloriosus, the captain of the Roman army who has been promised her hand in marriage. What Pseudolus discovers along the way will turn everyone's lives upside down.
