When he's not hanging out with Chris Martin and remixing Coldplay tracks (see "Paradise"), superstar Dutch DJ-producer Fedde Le Grand likes to stay busy plotting the final stages of his total takeover of the North American continent.

As if superexplosive 2006 hit "Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit" and nonstop incursions into U.S. territory (Ultra Music Festival, Coachella, Electric Zoo, etc.) weren't enough to enslave the Western Hemisphere's club junkie masses, Le Grand has launched an end-of-year offensive that'll reach peak intensity this Saturday at LIV.

It's his ultimate tour of 2011. And predictably, it's called the Fedde Le Grand North America Takeover. At first, his invasion scheme was limited to the Midwest and cities along the Eastern seaboard, including superimportant strategic locations such as D.C., NYC, Chi-Town, ATL, and MIA. But then Fedde expanded his attack plan to the West Coast, scheduling assaults against party-spot strongholds in Vegas, El Paso, L.A., San Diego, and the Bay Area.

So the Dutchman marches on. And soon, if this takeover bid isn't thwarted, he might not be asking North America's beat freaks to "Put Your Hands Up 4 Detroit." He'll be demanding that we all bow down to the infinite power of Fedde.
