Punk is a lifelong commitment. Whenever your favorite crew disbands, you can bet it’s probably just a break. Within a couple of years, the gang will drift back together (even if there’s only one original member still standing), thrash through a few rehearsals, and schedule an epic comeback show at some awesomely skuzzy bar like Churchill’s Pub.

More or less, that's the story with recently reunited Fort Lauderdale hardcore-heads Morning Again. Formed in 1995, the outfit spat out a string of splits, EPs, compilations, and one full-length, As Tradition Dies Slowly, before breaking up in 1999. In just four short years, though, MA owned its rep as the most brutal vegan punk band in America — shredding vocal cords, guitar strings, and society's lies with unparalleled fury.

In the intervening decade, there have already been two reunions in 2000 and 2002. So who knows if this time marks the permanent return of Morning Again or just another one-off promotional gig to push the band's recently reissued releases? Either way, you can't miss Saturday's show. Rededicate yourself to punk.
