Tonight the Green In Your Eyes Won't Be From Envy
Few places in Miami are as legendary as the Transit Lounge. From its unassuming storefront amongst the sky-scraping condos in Brickell to the recession-friendly drink prices you're guaranteed some good, dirty fun each time you walk through the doors. Tonight, in honor of a holiday which advocates drunken debauchery and hangovers, Transit is putting on a tribute to Irish bands. From 6 p.m. to 5 a.m. sway to the sounds of your ancestors (or that guy hurling in the trash can's ancestors) while you pound $4 Guinness and Irish Kelley's Cider. We think it's pointless for you to drink water EVER, so pull up a chair and have a Car-bomb that'll have you driving your car on the wrong side of Biscayne Boulevard. But before you get too wasted, cough up a buck for a 50/50 raffle ticket that could quite possibly win you 50% of the pot of gold.
