The Name Says It All
When it comes to concerts, Bicentennial Park has a knack for doing real big, real well. The space has dance music covered with Ultra, and hip-hop on lock with Rock the Bells the only lineup thats missing is one with some variation of Hannah Montana/the Jonas Brothers/Taylor Swift on the bill. This Sundays Best of the Best concert is the reggae offering, with some hip-hop flavor added by way of DJ Khaled, Rick Ross, T-Pain, and Young Jeezy. The spotlight, however, will be on Caribbean artists such as Bounty Killa, Mavado, Capleton, Elephant Man, Beenie Man, and others, who will take the stage from 1 p.m. until sometime after midnight. Missing the show will mean missing one of the largest collections of reggae artists in the nation, and an opportunity to sim simma with the best.
Sun., May 24, 1 p.m.-midnight, 2009
