*Miami Anglophile indie rockers People From Venus play the Vagabond in Miami tonight, and it's no secret I think they are pretty swell. Admission to the Vag on Fridays is free before midnight, $5 after.
*If you act fast and snag advance tickets online, tickets are just $10 for tonight's party at Electric Pickle in Miami. Underground house faves Jay-J and Luke McKeehan play.
*The folks behind the recent So Raw festival are putting on another show at ISM Gallery in Wynwood, Miami tonight, featuring the Miami sort-of-supergroup Beings, and the first solo show by Danny Denim from Melted Sunglasses. Admission is $5 and comes with a free beer.
*There's always something wallet-friendly and all-ages going on at the Talent Farm in Pembroke Pines, and tonight is no exception. Iamgrace, Needless to Say, End of May, Last Resolve, and A Purpose Driven Life play for $10.
*More EBM/dark electronic stuff in West Palm Beach: Nachtmahr plays at Respectable Street. Admission should be under $10.

*Colombian rockers Bomba Estereo play Transit Lounge in Miami, and as always, there is no cover.
*West Palm street punk band the Clockouts plays a show at Respectable Street in celebration of its new CD. A million other local punk bands play, and while the admission price isn't posted anywhere, it's got to be under $10.
*If you can stomach the thought of trying to dance and look cute in the midday heat, L.A. Riots DJ an afternoon pool party at Exit 66, in Fort Lauderdale Beach, for just $10.
*The loud King Kong Bass party continues at PS14 in Miami this weekend, with just a $5 cover for a night of dubstep and all other low-frequency genres.
