The fourth annual Fight Gone Bad, a fundraiser that takes places at Crossfit gyms across the nation, is hosted locally this year by I Am Crossfit. Fight Gone Bad consists of five exercise stations that each participant cycles through three times. MMA fighter B.J. Penn gave the workout its name by commenting after hed caught his breath it was just like a fight gone bad. All proceeds will go to two organizations: Athletes for a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project.
