The Cat in the Hat, Green Eggs and Ham, and How the Grinch Stole Christmas. We do not like them in a box. We do not like them with a fox. We do not like them in a house. We do not like them with a mouse. But we do like them at the Miami Childrens Museum in an interactive exhibit called Oh Seuss! Off to Great Places, dedicated to the works of legendary childrens author Dr. Seuss.
The journey into everything Seussical spans 4000 square feet and includes a train, a balloon race, reading nooks, and a Green Eggs and Ham early-childhood area. The exhibit will bring back memories for you and surely create some new ones for the kiddies. The neat thing is that even if kids and families don't know who Dr. Seuss is, this is a chance to explore and find out, says Hannah Hausman, the museums director of external relations. The exhibit will run through April 2008.
