Red Wine with Red Meat
Snack like a king and sip King Cab when Morton's hosts another of its wine master classes on Wednesday. The Miami Beach meatery will pour Cabernet Sauvignons from the U.S., Chile, Australia, France, and Italy, all for tasting and analysis. Morton's Gee Emm Chad Lipson will lead the tasting, which will also feature munchies suchas filet mignon sandwiches and smoked salmon canapés. The sippin' 'n' snackin' get underway at 6:30 p.m.
