New Waves for All Ages
God bless em. Hernando and Sylvia Pineres are both 85 years of age, and they have been married for 61 years. Six kids and 15 grandchildren later, they still go to work every day. Theyve been there almost every day for the past 18 years. The Pineress lives have been dedicated to owning and maintaining the largest billiard hall in South Florida. Tonight they celebrate the 18th anniversary of New Wave Billiards. And the octogenarians are throwing the kind of bash the kids are gonna love.
Enjoy complimentary hors d'oeuvres and cocktails courtesy of 10 Cane Rum. Grammy Award winner Jorge Moreno will be there, as well as world-famous trick shot artist, Okinawa Slim. Dance to the tribal house beats by Ink Miamis resident DJ, L. Calderin, or play a game of pool at one of the 30 tables. The party is free and open to the public from 6:30 to 9:30.
