Chances are youve never heard of Swedish band Waterloo. But well bet our bedazzled bell bottoms youve heard of ABBA. Well, on Friday at 8 p.m., you can experience the group thats the closest to ABBA youll ever get. Waterloo (named after one of the iconic pop groups hit singles) will perform the music of the band you hate to love in ABBA the Concert at the Fillmore Miami Beach. The ABBA tribute band, which performs all over the world, looks strikingly similar to the original quartet; band members sport the same feathered bangs, bemused countenances, and frilly fashions. All of us have a little bit of dancing queen inside, and who wouldnt want to see the best ABBA since ABBA shimmy to the sounds of Fernando and Take a Chance on Me? Oh, dont front you know you want to.
