Harp on it
When world-renowned harpist Victor Espínola floats a chord, the wind makes love to the trees. He plays music so romantic that Adam and Eve booked him for their garden party. Espínolas acoustic virtuosity has likely soundtracked more baby-making than Al Green, Sadé, and Faith Hill combined. The Russian government may one day book him for a national concert just to bring their population numbers up. Espínolas magic fingers have taken him around the world to spread a unique combination of flamenco, gypsy, and world sounds. He is most famous for playing the Paraguayan harp, but he also sings and dances. So this Valentines Day, treat your special someone to romance under the stars and Espínolas sonic love at the 12th annual Moonlight & Music Concert at Deering Estate. Gates open at 7 p.m. with the sultry vocals of Sarah Peckiam. Bring a blanket, chair, and picnic, and enjoy comestibles from gastroPod and Crepe Maker.
