Check This Off Your Bucket List
Miami is a vast land full of riches, shiny things, and tan people. Any way you slice the orange, this town has its charm for both tourists and locals alike. So whether you were born and raised here or moved down to escape the cold up North, 100 Things to Do in Miami Before You Die is one book you should consider for your coffee table.
Its authors, NBC’s Roxanne Vargas (host of 6 in the Mix) and freelance writer and author Maruchi Mendez (Finding Home: A Memoir), know the city like the back of their hands. Vargas and Mendez made sure to include a healthy mix of things to do for both locals and tourists: “Whether you’re planning to explore our shores, indulge in our international cuisine, or check out the swampy river that is the Everglades, 100 Things to Do in Miami Before You Die gives you the inside track to the best spots, from popular to obscure, in the metro area,” they promise.
