Talk about a hard working, decent human being always trying very hard to make your dinning experience as smooth, confortable and family like as only he can do! If your abuela is still around, I'd say go pay her a visit but dont make her cook. Instead take her to Exquisito. I am sure she will enjoy not just your company, but Juanito's good humor like the good guajiro that he is!
