I would not return to this place if it was the last Spa in the entire Miami area. I spent 1.5 hours and $185.00 to help me distress only to find my self even more stressed out at the end. I had made my appointment for me and my dad and both appointments were confirmed before arrival and the day of arrival. Long story short, my dad had been asked twice to change to a bathrobe and finally was told he could not get a massage as they had double booked. As a result he waited over 1.5 hours in the lobby just waiting for me. I felt horrible for putting my dad trough this experience which should have been a very enjoyable one. And the manager you may ask? What did she have to say or do? The answer is NOTHING! By the time I was done she was GONE! No courtesy explanation, no apology, NOTHING! She obviously doesn't understand the concept of customer service and had no desire to own up to the issue. I only hope others are not treated with the same disrespect we were. Service was
