Since 1982, Casola's has been serving up delectable, eternally melting (we swear, it's like the Niagara Falls of cheese) New York-style pizza so addictive you might wander back here in your sleep. Slices are so gargantuan that the lifting of one piece has been known to cause hernias. And a single pie can easily feed the entire nation of Zimbabwe or, perhaps, one of the chickens butchered for the jumbo wings. Honestly, this is the only practical explanation for the pterodactyl-size delicacies that come, wrapped in tinfoil, in rations of 6 ($6.99), 12 ($9.99), 24 ($17.99), and 36 ($23.99). Crisp and super-meaty, each wing is fried up fresh and lets out a small stream of steam with the first bite. And don't bother being fussy about sauces — the wings come dry with sides of traditional Buffalo and tangy barbecue dips. Blue cheese is extra (75 cents, to be exact), but as blasphemous as this might sound to wing lovers all over the world, it isn't even necessary.

Agree...wings are 3 out of 10. Which all the reviews on this site are suspect. I mean, they are nothing special just fried no seasoning or sauce!

I hate paid reviews its a disservice to all..

Too greasy. I did not find it New York style at all (I came from NY). You need more than a lot of cheese to have a good pizza. Substandard.

I totally disagree... Best wing's in Miami by far are from Key South located off South Dixie and 104th ST behind the shell station. They better find there way to the top in 2010!!!

There is no way that Casolas has the best wings in Miami. Sure they're big, but come on... Sports Grill has to be at the top of many people's list and let's not forget Chick & Wings on SW 184th Street (Try the Lemon Pepper Wings!)

Totally agree with Al. These wings are big but not that good at all. Deep fried and very dry. There is no way that these wings can be called Best of Miami when the Sports Grill is still open. Looks like someone got some nice payola for this review.

Agree to disagree. Somebody is paying somebody to write a favorable review here. Fried chicken in no way equates to wings. They don't even come with sauce on them. How Sports Grille and Flannagan's lost out on this one is beyond me. In conclusion, from an unbiased supporter, do not go to Casola's unless you are in the mood for overcooked KFC.
