I recently had an appointment at The Brow Shoppe, and it was not at all what I expected. From the fabulous review on this website I believed I would receive high-quality service in a friendly atmosphere, but it was neither. I stood in the shop for several minutes before anybody so much as glanced at me, and it was pointed out several times that I was late and caused Laura to run behind, even though it couldn't have been solely my fault. I showed up 15 minutes late (and I even called ahead to apologize so they knew), but ended up sitting there for over an hour, even though each appointment is only supposed to be 15 minutes. When it was finally my turn, she spent my entire appointment talking to other people, checking a text on her cell phone, and discussing something about the shop's website with a coworker. Other than telling me to take responsibility for the supposed poor state of my eyebrows, she didn't say two words to me. And then at the end of the appointment I tried to apologize to her and she cut me off, telling me, "Don't apologize to me! You should be apologizing to the people you made wait because you didn't show up on time!" The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth and not only will I never go back there, but I will tell everyone I know to avoid that place like the plague. I can't think of a time where I received worse service. Talk about a bad attitude.

I'M SO GLAD I TOOK THE TIME TO CHECK OUT LAURA'S MUCH DESERVED SUCCESS. AS A CLIENT OF HERS FOR 8 YEARS ALL I CAN SAY AFTER READING YOUR COMMENT IS YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING. YOUR FIRST TIME THERE AND YOU MISSED YOUR APPOINTMENT, THAT WAS DISRESPECTFUL. IF I'M ON TIME I DESERVED TO BE TAKEN AT MY APPT. TIME NOT SIT THERE AND WAIT FOR THOSE WHO COME PAST THER APPT. YOUR LUCKY SHE FOUND TIME TO GET YOU DONE. NO ONE CAN SAVE DAMAGED EYEBROWS LIKE HER, AS SHE DID MINE, AND ALL I EVER DO THERE IS HAVE FUN THAT'S THE SECOND REASON I GO THERE. THE MAJORITY OF LAURAS CLIENTS ARE PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO'VE BEEN GOING TO HER FOR YEARS WHO LOVE AND RESPECT HER!

I have been a client of The Brow Shoppe for almost one year, and I have found that Natalia does the best job of my brows than anyone I have ever tried before. She is very meticulous and takes her time to get them nice and even. I also get my eyelashes tinted by Natalia, definitely worth the money! Give Natalia a try if you want the best looking brows in Miami!

In this world you have to wait for the best. The shop wasn't empty, it was packed. The brow shoppe is like a woman's club.

The poster below complained about the service because she expected to be catered to. But I realized you didn't complain about your brows because I am sure they came out perfect, even if they were in disrepair. I am sure Laura, did the best with what she was presented. What is wrong with this poster.

I used to get my brow done in London,England with the best brow designer, but that was nothing compared to my first trip to this brow emporium. I looked and felt amazingly different. I visit the Brow Shop often and I love having Taina pluck away! She is awesome. I get my brows shaped, get the latest gossip and if you go on Fridays they have Happy Hour (wine, and martini's sometimes, too). The place is small and not very glamorous but when I walk out I look refined, polished and ready to conquer the world. She also does a rocking facial and threading too. I recommend this place - totally worth the $$ and extremely entertaining.

I've been going to Taina at the Brow Shoppe for years. I must say, she is the best brow shaper in town. I like the cozy shop and the girls are always fun to chat with. Aside from my usual brow appt, I've also done eye lash tinting and facials with Taina. I am never disappointed. I totally recommend the shop and if you are lucky enough to get Taina - then you hit a home run! You will look like a super star.
