I loved meduhr, but they are not stable.. does anyone know where Maria,Dania and Evelin are working now????? Maria is the best waxer in miami and fun she make you forget about your problems. Debbie is wonderful and now everyone is gone and that is terrible b/c I want to find them if any one has the 411 post it...

I went to Meduhr on the basis of reviews like the ones you see here. I had a great impression of the store having read glowing write-up after glowing write-up, so my experience at Meduhr that much more disappointing. Let me save prospective clients some time: first off, the location really sucks. You have to be buzzed in for security reasons (wtf? have never done this before at a "spa"). Secondly, the "wide variety of havainanas" that i was excited to check out are actually just a few different colors thrown haphazardly into a blue plastic tub marked "$8.00" (seriously?). I've been to utilitarian spas before for nail, waxes, etc. and could give a toss about the decor if the services turn out right, but Meduhr has neither appearance nor quality of service going for it.

My appointment: I had an eyebrow wax and specifically told my waxer not to take off too much, just tidy up the shape - i like thicker brows. I began realizing that she took much longer than other waxers i've been too, so i thought "wow, she must be paying close attention and doing a great job! I like this." however, when i saw my brows in the mirror after she was done, i was horrified - i had barely any eyebrows. pencil thin ala pamela anderson, which is the EXACT opposite of what i'd requested.

If you are still convinced that meduhr sounds like a great place for your waxing needs, do yourself a favor and at least pass by the location first in your car without making an appointment. If i hadn't already booked a slot, i would have turned right back around and gone home.

I had never been to meduhr. I'm new to the area and have found a great place for waxing. I have been to many places, most of them recycle their wax. This is a cute place, with great manicurists and the waxer is awesome. They also sell every type of havaiana flip flop there is!!! The owner is very young, but definetly an entreprenuer. Thanks New times for finding good places like these to go to.

I just called Concepto Hair and they do NOT offer eyebrow threading! Very disappointed!!!

I think meduhr is the best of the area. It is always clean, the girls are great, Maria is the best waxer there is. She is very delicate, takes her time, always fits me in... and the place is very cute. I've been to Arcayne and its nothing compared to the ambiance at Meduhr. It is loud, tiny, and they're rude...josefina in my opinion is not careful enough, and is always in a hurry...

I've been here twice and have to say that I still think that Peter of London is hands down the best. Definitely worth the trip down south.

If you are not going to choose laser hair removal, then threading is definitely the way to go and nobody does it better than them. Waxing is so pase!

BEST WAXING AND NAILS IN MIAMI FOR A REASONABLE PRICE!! I don't know what I would do without them. I always get compliments after I get a mani pedi or eyebrow wax.. they are awesome and the staff is really sweet and helpful. Even my mother who was terrified of waxing has become a regular.
