I went to Colombia to visit a friend, I love fried chicken and my friend took me to kokoriko :) my experience with them was wonderful the service that we recieved was 100% i was very impress with everyone. I myself as a Restaurant manager ( Mcdonald's, Denny's, Kings ) have never recieved nor my own employees have given as great service as the employees at Kokorikos in Cartagena and in Bucaramanga.And for those people who thinks that great service cannot be given by the Kokorikos employees because they cant speak English is wrong. I'm not a native of any S. American countries and I speak fluent English but that didn't hender me from understanding the employees at Kokorikos. Keep up the great work and I'm quite sure that your company will succeed here in the USA. I wish i could be part of that success too. Thank You.....

The fried chicken is so juicy on the inside. Very tasty!Great place for the food, but the service is deplorable! Don't expect your food to come out fast, and if they mess up your order (which has happened to me on several occasions), they will just look at you like you made the mistake, not them. I have yet to meet someone who speaks English well enough there to NOT mess up your order. Very unprofessional and discourteous staff, not to mention, slow.Go for the great chicken, but don't expect the service to be any good.

Tried it, it was just OK. For my taste, any of the Peruvian rotisserie chicken places you find around Miami, like Pardo's Chicken, or Inca Chicken, or La Cabana, are much much better, I have found that Peruvian rotisserie chicken has better taste and is juicier.

Try La Moon on 144 SW 8th St. for good Colombian fast food. Kokoriko is good but this location's service and food wasn't as great. Maybe it varies by the day. We need a Cali Mio in Miami.

As we say in Spanish "Para los gustos se hicieron los sabores" "There is a variety of taste for all different people" Our friend Julio did not like the chicken but I disagree!!! I think is much better than what we are used to here in Miami.. "Pollo Tropical" ... a nice, good taste... and is not that expensive! Good ... Tasty Food for a reasonable price!

I must say their fried chicken is NOT to die for. Same goes for the side dishes. Maybe the rotisserie chicken but....I rather not try.
