This business deserves half star rating instead of 1This store has the worst customer service.1) The staff never says Hi to you.2) Tune ups are cheap $24, but its a waste of money, these guys are careless, sloppy and often forget basic stuff, like checking the brakes and tire pressure! Cheap? No, You'll waste $243) They fixed a flat tire and forgot to put the tire liner I had installed. I had to buy a new one later and put it myself.4) They often make loud and lame jokes about women, different countries and races, very unprofessional.

I had enough of this people and started to check different bicycle stores, -Bike Tech 7252 SW 40 Street, Miami, FL 33155 (305) 261-1211 good bike store, but really expensive, -Cycle World 8750 SW 40th Street, Miami (305) 221-2123 has good deals on bikes and decent tune ups, -My latest discovery is "All 4 Cycling" 2801 Biscayne Blvd. Suite 100Miami, FL 33137 Phone: 305-576-8902, excellent customer service, excellent tune ups and accesories, last week I purchased a decent pump for my road bike for $21 !

They are good with road bikes, but they certainly don't like tampering with MTB.

I have been taking my MTB to Coral Way Bike Shop for a couple of years now. I alwasys felt like a beggar each time I brought my bike, feeling as if the mechanic really did not enjoy working on it. Although I think they are awesome mechanics for road bikes, they are not so keen on working on MTB bikes. After a recent grueling race in Costa Rica my bike came back in pretty bad shape. All the gears and cables caked with mud, froze. I requested the guys at the shop they dismantle the entire thing and build it back up and replace what they needed in order to bring my awesome bike back to it's sweet smooth self and they could not do it. $400 down and the bike still does not change gears properly

Anyone knows a god-damn really good MTB mechanic? i need my bike back!!!!

2237 Coral Way isn't in Coral Gables. I know it's a tradition for all Coral Way businesses to pretend that they're in Coral Gables, but it doesn't help customers find the place.

I would not buy a bike from anyone else. Coral Way Bike shop has supplied me with bikes for almost 20 years. My old 10 speed, my Bennotto, 2 Raleighs and 1 Trek. I have lived all over Miami-Dade and to this day will go out of my way to go to Coral Way Bike Shop for myself or to help my friends find a bike or get service.
