Rumors is my new favorite place. I have to agree with ALL of the comments above about Rumors, Stalking Mildred AND Karaoke!On weekdays it's very "Cheers" . . . the place "where everybody knows your name." The owner and staff are friendly and entertaining.On weekends, it really heats up with local rock-n-roll and house-DJ Jimmy Dream spinning old school and current dance music.There is live music Mon., Tues., Thurs., Fri., & Sat.The drive from Kendall is infinitely easier than heading to the Grove, Gables or So. Beach!DON'T MISS:1. KARAOKE Wednesdays - take it from a vet - C-Money hosts the best karaoke show anywhere!2. The FOOD - the menu is amazing, parts of it are pure evil!3. RUMORS is by far the BEST place for food and live music in the south! The dinig room is decorated nicely and the chef prepares incredible dishes for about 13 dollars for dinner with salads, garlic rolls etc...

Stalking Mildred is the best band I have heard and I go to all the bars to listen to the local bands. From their web site, they have live bands 3-4 nights per week! Noone else does that. The place is comfortable and the bar incredible. Hot looking staff for both guys and girls! Rumor has it, its the best!

I have been to Rumors a few times and had a great time. The food is outstanding, the staff is very friendly and accomidating, very fun atmosphere. Wednesday nights are a blast with Karioke. My favorite night would have to be Saturday nights though. Their house band "Stalking Mildred" is one of the best i've seen in a long while. They are very entertaining and have alot of fun. You wont be disappointed!!!

Just saw the coolest band at Rumors. Their name is Stalking Mildred. We've seen a lot of local bands but these guys were the most fun. They've got a guy on base who's really funny and the music is good to listen and dance to. The other band members also sound like pros but having fun and not stuck up. The bar was good too with good food - like the other review said - and decorated really upscale. I felt like I was in a better club from the beach and not so far south!

A friend and I stopped by Rumors early on a recent Wednesday night. We were just looking for a quick drink and a burger. What we ended up with were fantastic crab cakes, a sublime tilapia, and an evil item known as Rumors Fries - the most decadent and delicious item I've ever had.We also ended up staying until 2:00am because - although not fans of korny karaoke - we encountered the best karaoke show we've ever seen! The host is FUN, playing a wide variety of dance music and hyping up the crowd. There were some surprising singers - one girl in particular - and some of the usual not-so-good singers but it was a great time. Not painful at all!! Go go go on Wednesday nights!

Rumors Bistro & Bar is now open in Cutler Bay and has fantastic food and entertainment. The establishment is very well decorated to have a great time. We were there during Friday night (Rock n Roll) night and the food was great, the drinks nice ans stiff and the crowd outstanding!
