Hey Skraw,

You're a sexy lady. How do you keep it fit? We all know ass shots are not the answer, haha. So do you work out, diet, etc? Or should we all ladies go sign up for pole dancing lessons??

I knew I'd get this answer sooner or later. I am all natural -- no artificial preservatives, not from concentrate or with added ingredients!

I don't diet. Although I eat practically whatever I want when I want, I have pretty good eating habits. Without thinking about it, I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. I make sure to keep a lot of fruits and healthy snacks in my home in case I get late night munchies. My favorite snack is a turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, onions etc., ranch flavored wheat thins, and mandarin oranges, amongst other fruit.

I am a social drinker, but I do drink a lot of water, apple juice, and cranberry juice. I've actually tried to gain weight many times before -- I've never weighed more than 136 lbs! So I have pretty good family genes. My dad's father was pretty tall and lean. And I have a pretty good muscle tone naturally.

I am not against artificial body improvements such as butt shots, tummy tucks, lipo, etc. To each his own. If that makes you happy, go with with it. But I just feel you appreciate anything more when you work for it. You wanna lose weight? Don't eat up everything you see, then run to the surgeon. If you keep up those bad eatin' habits and don't work out, you will in fact become bigger than the pepper that you once were. (What's a pepper, you ask? Anyone shaped up like a bell pepper!)

When you do go under the knife -- or needle, in case of booty shots -- doctors recommend that you work out to keep it up. I am a entertainer, so dancin' is pretty good cardio for me, even though I don't engage in any hard dancing that would cause me to sweat. Pole dancing is a fun way to exercise, but you gotta love it. Or else, how long will you keep it up?

Besides dancin', I probably work out a few times a year -- but it hurts like hell. So I get lazy. But whenever I do get the urge to work out, the trainer I run to is really good. She's a really good friend of mine, but she don't let that get in the way of her pushing me to improve my muscle strength and everything else you try to improve while workin' out!
