Miami Free Times: Hairballs, Bill McKibben, Drunk Animation, and Jacuzzi Boys
Monday: With all the bodies turning up, a free self-defense class isn't such a bad idea. This one is ladies only. Sorry guys. Looks like you'll just have to learn to fend for yourself. The class is held every Monday and Wednesday at Bayfront Park.
Tuesday: This week is your last chance to see the "Hairball Cosmology" exhibition at the Kelly Roy Gallery in Wynwood, which is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. It's Tuesday, what else is there to do?
Wednesday: Keep the Earth Day momentum going at Books and Books in the Gables by attending a talk by Bill McKibben, author of Eaarth, founder of 350.org, and all-around climate change expert.
Thursday: Watch your doodles come to life at Drinking and Drawing, an animated jam session thrown by the good folks of the Miami World Cinema Center in Wynwood.
Working up to a cartoon hangover at Drinking and Drawing.
