No worries — the Grand Groove party upstairs at Jazid isn’t the wild display of debauchery usually reserved for the weekend.

Every Wednesday at 10:30, the laid-back vibes get rolling with art installations and classic movies playing on a big screen. Rotating DJs Mr. Brown, Sire Esq., DJane, Lumin, Kems, Anonyms-1, and Semp Rok keep it cool with hip-hop, soul, funk, broken beat, and everything in between. If you’re in the mood for some live music, Latin funk group Xperimento plays downstairs. And with weekly drink specials to weaken inhibitions, maybe you’ll be calling Wednesday hump day for another reason. There is no cover charge.
