Have your weeknights gotten a little stale? Hungry for something different? When was the last time an event with some real flavor fired up your Thursday? Well then, howd you like to swallow a nice, meaty chunk of Top Chef Tom Colicchio and his extensive culinary knowledge? Consider yourself served, courtesy of the programming kitchen at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, where Chef Colicchio will be cooking up something special beginning at 8 p.m. in the Knight Concert Hall. And while Tom is the main ingredient, the side dish is none other than former Top Chef contestant Jeffrey McInnis, head chef at the DiLido Beach Club.
