What is a Bouchon ?
A Bouchon is a friendly little restaurant offering a French Menu and using only the best local products. In the middle of Coconut Grove, as Christian and Bruno welcome you everyday to a warm and relaxed atmosphere, come and taste our unique cuisine which is a blend of Lyon with a splash of South Florida.

 

Un Bouchon est un petit restaurant convivial typiquement Lyonnais qui propose des produits du terroir.

Our Chef

Chef Christian Ville

 

Christian trained 2 years with the Michelin 3 star restaurant Troisgros (Roanne) and 2 years at Paul Bocuse (Collonges au Mont d’or). He also worked in Paris as the head chef of “La Popote du Ministre” Defense minister. He worked in one of the top hotels in England “Chewton Glen Hotel” then in Morocco at one of the most luxury hotels in the world, “la Manounia” for 2 years as the head chef then he joined le Bouchon in 1998.

 

 

Christian a travaillé 2 années au Restaurant 3 étoiles "Troisgros" à Roanne et 2 années chez Paul Bocuse (Collonges au Mont d’or). Il a également travaillé à Paris comme chef à “La Popote du Ministre” de la défense.Il a travaillé dans un des meilleurs hotels d'Angletterre, le “Chewton Glen Hotel” et au Maroc pendant 2 ans dans un des hotels les plus luxueux du monde, “la Manounia” avant de joindre le Bouchon en 1998.

Week End: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm - midnight

Directions from Airport / US1 / Downtown:
• Take U.S.1 South Until SW 27th Avenue – Turn left (South) into SW27th Avenue
• Drive all the way through and make a left onto South Bayshore Drive
• As Bayshore Drive turns right, it becomes McFarlane Road
• At the Intersection light, make a left into Main Highway.
• Le Bouchon will be on your right, about 100 feet from the light.
• Parking is on the left immediately after Le Bouchon.
